A dinosaur’s brain, preserved in a pebble

Alright I will be honest, I was hooked when I first watched Jurassic Park. I think a lot of kids were my age. But I think the interest in dinosaurs has begun to decline in recent years. Partially because they have fallen out of mainstream media. When my husband and I watched Jurassic World I was really hyped. I thought it would rekindle my childhood dream of becoming a paleontologist. Well, at least secretly and just a little.

Needless to say it didn’t happen.

But it did happen when I read this article on sciencemag.org. My visions of a real life JP flashed before my eyes. Of course it won’t happen but it may give us more understanding on what it meant to be a dinosaur.
